Additional quantities of one design - if you are unhappy with any of your additional items because it has been necessary to apply embellishments that differ from the item shown, which would only be due to stock availability at the time of placing the order, Returns are accepted. I have encountered some embellishments to be discontinued and no suitable replacement found, but would always do my very best to recreate the design as shown.
If you wish to exchange the item for another, please email me at info@opticalsentiments.co.uk explaining the reason why you are returning your purchase and provide detail of the replacement item.
If an item becomes damaged during initial delivery to you, this will not be an accepted Return/ Exchange as Optical Sentiments are not at fault.
Shipping costs would be paid for by the Customer returning an item and please use the original packaging where possible. Optical Sentiments supports the cost of sending out replacement items to the Customer.
Due to the nature of how the work is produced, unfortunately, I am unable to provide Refunds.
